Papercore Wicking
Used for making container type candles, votives and gel candles.

Small - for up to 2" diameter candles
Medium - for 2" to 4" diameter candles
Large - for 4" to 6" diameter candles
Extra Large - 6" to 9" diameter candles

We also carry waxed, pre-cut wicking in 4" lengths. These work well for container-type candles (not larger than 3" in diameter) and votives if using paraffin or crystallizing wax.

It is very important to use the correct size of wicking for the type of wax you are using and also the width of the candle you are making. The above chart works well if you are using paraffin wax or crystallizing wax. We recommend to use at least one size larger than what is listed above if you are using beeswax, soy wax or gel wax.
